VIPS - Keeping your very important partiers organized in one spreadsheet Input your guests’ names, how you want to address their invites, contact info in case they don’t RSVP in time, track how many from each household plan to attend and more!
Thank you spreadsheet - Use this to input notes from any early gifts you receive. Then just copy/paste your guests’ names and addresses from your VIPS spreadsheet, making it easy for you to see how many thank yous you need to send out and when.
Table numbers - Two downloadable versions of hand calligraphed table numbers! All you need to do is choose your favorite paper, print, cut and frame. Such a great way to save some money and still incorporate a lovely hand made item
Wedding bloopers - Sh*t that could happen because nothing is perfect. We feel that knowing, and preparing for, what could go wrong makes things a little easier. If you communicate with your vendors and hold up your end of the bargain everything will go as planned — maybe not to a “T” but perfect in the eyes of everyone in attendance.
Musical chairs - Includes three different templates, making it easy for you to move the layout around and add and delete guests as needed. Lay out who will sit where, and make sure so and so doesn't sit next to so and so! Perfected and ready to hand off to your caterer or planner (if you have one)!
Table sizes - This document also includes a chart where we share key table sizes and what linen sizes work with the tables.
Let’s put it all on the table - This spreadsheet comes in handy when it’s time to organize all the decor details you have bought for your wedding. Simply write out what will go on each table or in each area and who is bringing those items to your venue on the wedding day. Hand this off to your designated decor set up person, and rest assured, every detail will be set up and looking beautiful when you arrive on site for your wedding.
Seating is believing - This spreadsheet consists of a few different tabs. Once the RSVP’s come in, you need to keep your guests, their meals, any food restrictions, and where they are sitting, organized. This is especially important if you are having a plated meal and your guests had to choose what meal they wanted when they RSVP’d. After this document is complete, this is something you can easily hand off to your caterer so they are prepared to service your guests on your wedding day.
The play by play - The day of timeline. This is especially important if you do not have a planner. This will help you organize your entire wedding day, from when you wake up, to what song you walk down the aisle to, to last call for booze! The more detailed you make this spreadsheet the better.
It’s the little things that matter - Similar to the “Let’s put it all on the table” document, this one is specific to items that are being delivered to your venue (not by a vendor) that need to be accounted for. Things such as alcohol, customized champagne glasses, honorary ceremony items, etc. Listing out which friend or family member is responsible for getting those items to the venue and putting them into place is super important and not something you want to be thinking about on your wedding day!
Emergencies happen - This is your emergency kit list and another document that will be very important on your wedding day if you do not have a planner. For example, this document lists out common emergency kit items like bandaids and aspirin but did you think of blister tape, nipple concealers, or a tide stick?
Team work makes the dream work - Again, similar to the “Let’s put it all on the table” document, this is specific to keeping everyone organized that will be with you at your getting ready location. Keep track of what needs to be to brought there and who is responsible for those items like your backup pair of shoes, ring boxes, marriage license, etc. You want to make sure those items make it to your getting ready location and then to your venue!
Candle: A seasonal candle to get you in the mood and ready to dive into the planning process.
Dessert: A fun way to think outside the box when it comes to choosing your wedding treats.
Essential oil: This calm, stress relieving oil will help keep you focused on the task at hand and keep your stress to a minimum!
Temporary tattoos: A fun way to think about incorporating an activity at your wedding or include in your welcome bags or favors!
Inspirational quote: Some beautiful words of wisdom, hand calligraphed by a local vendor and ready for you to print and frame to keep your spirits high during this crazy time.
Tote bag: The perfect bag to carry all your wedding materials or take it to the farmers market!
