The more detailed you make this spreadsheet the better. Some advice, when you are going through this spreadsheet listing out everything that will happen, don’t forget the transitional pieces. For example, if your ceremony ends at 5:30, your cocktail hour may technically start at 5:30 but your guests likely won’t make it to cocktail hour for 10 minutes or so. Good luck!
